The period since the pandemic began has been one of fits and starts, ups and downs, as we’ve tried to adapt to a changed reality. So many things we’d taken for granted suddenly seemed simply out of reach. But adapt we did.
Over the past two and a half years, we’ve perfected an array of digital connections, learned the pros (and cons) of video meetings, perfected models for “working from not here” in office environments, and looked forward to the day when more balance could safely emerge.

■ サイバーセキュリティ強化月間（National Cyber Security Awareness Month）
サイバーセキュリティ・インフラ・セキュリティ庁（CISA）では、毎年10月をサイバーセキュリティ強化月間として啓蒙活動を実施している。2004年の設立当初は「アンチウイルスソフトの導入と更新の必要性」「セキュリティ度の高いパスワードの利用」などの呼びかけが中心だったが、昨今では「メールやWebサイトのリンクを不用意にクリックしない事」や「マルチファクター認証の積極活用」なども重要推進テーマとなっている。
