  • Needs analysis: Conduct onsite needs analysis with key stakeholders to ensure understanding of your business goals, processes, and pain points as well as your technology current state and strategic objectives.
  • Vendor shortlist recommendation: Based on the client’s specific needs, we recommend a list of three to six vendors that are likely to fit your key requirements.
  • RFI creation, distribution, and scoring: We design a streamlined RFI that is optimized to focus on your specific needs and also provide a weighted and balanced scorecard designed to work with our streamlined RFIs.
  • Demo scripting, facilitation and scoring: We work with your team to develop a detailed agenda and scripted scenarios and a member of our senior team facilitates all demo sessions to keep the vendors on track and on point.
  • Final recommendation: Based on your team’s scores of the RFIs and demos, we provide a recommendation for a top choice and runner up.
  • Facilitated references: To further validate final selection, we facilitate conversations with other clients of the solution or services provider from within our network of IT leaders.
