Carey Geaglone is a Senior Principal at Aite-Novarica Group. She has over 25 years of leadership experience in both IT and business operations at large national and regional commercial property and casualty carriers. She has led numerous core system implementations and IT transformation initiatives. She served as SVP, Insurance Operations at FCCI Insurance Group, where she was responsible for all customer service functions, including underwriting operations, billing, premium audit, auto physical damage and medical only claims, customer service and loss reporting, and support services. She has extensive experience in business process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives focused on leveraging technology to create an exceptional teammate and customer experience. Prior to joining Aite-Novarica Group, she was Chief Risk Officer at FCCI, overseeing the Enterprise Risk Management program focused on business, technology, and emerging risk identification and mitigation.

Carey holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance Major from Bryant University and a MBA in International Business from Central Connecticut State University. She also holds several industry designations, including CPCU, ARe, AIS, AIT, and ARM.
