Jessica Hampton
Chief People Officer
Jessica Hampton is Aite-Novarica Group’s Chief People Officer. She oversees talent management, recruiting, employee development, diversity and inclusion, compensation, and benefits. Jessica brings over 23 years of HR and events management experience to Aite-Novarica Group. Her area of expertise is leading teams through rapid growth and transformation.
Jessica spent the first part of her career leading and growing CEB’s global events team. In 2013, she moved into HR, serving as a strategic partner to CEB executives. After Gartner acquired CEB in 2017, she played a key role in integrating CEB’s and Gartner’s research and advisory teams. She also led an HR Business Partner team, providing support to multiple Gartner senior leaders and global teams.
Jessica holds a B.A. with honors from the University of Florida.
