Charlie Kirchofer is Manager, Associate Team at Aite-Novarica Group. His role includes hiring, training, and mentoring research and consulting associates, project resourcing, and enhancing the team’s strategic contributions to the organization. Prior to this, he was a Lead Associate at Novarica. Charlie previously held roles in market research and commercial due diligence; was a freelance editor, translator, and English and German language instructor; and was professor of Security Studies at UMass Lowell. He has a Ph.D. in War Studies from King’s College London, an M.A. in International Relations from Webster University, Vienna, and a B.A. in Linguistics and German from Binghamton University.
