Insurer Client Town Hall: Emerging Technology Research Council Study Analysis

[Recording Available] Insurers continue to innovate and experiment with new technologies to find ways they can use these tools to sell more, manage their risk better, and improve operational efficiency. As these technologies establish themselves within the insurance vertical, the rate at which they become commonplace depends on how clear their use cases are, how readily they integrate to existing insurer processes, and how long it takes their value to fully mature.

In this session, Aite-Novarica Group Head of CIO Research Harry Huberty, Head of Life Insurance, Annuities, and Benefits Robert McIsaac, and Head of Property and Casualty Insurance Martina Conlon examine insurer engagement and interest with nearly a dozen leading-edge technologies that have applications in property/casualty and life/annuity/benefits insurance. It presents results from two Aite-Novarica Group Impact reports, which are based on a survey of more than 80 CIO members of the Aite-Novarica Group Insurance Technology Research Council.

This virtual town hall-style event is part of a series exclusively for Aite-Novarica Group insurer clients that takes place the second Tuesday of every month.
