Michael Trilli is the Director of Aite-Novarica's Insurance practice (encompassing P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, and Healthcare Insurance). He specializes in commercial and consumer healthcare payment innovation spanning providers, payers, and the employer benefits industries. He brings to Aite-Novarica 15 years of experience in product management, strategic partnerships, market research, and business strategy in the financial services and payments industries.

Prior to joining Aite-Novarica, Michael was a Director of Product Development and Information Management at American Express. In this capacity, he led the payment software development strategy and consulted with stakeholders to deliver data and analysis, supporting wide-ranging global initiatives. Prior to that, he was a Director of Product Management at TSYS Acquiring Solutions and focused on emerging markets, including healthcare, mobile, and fraud solutions. Michael held various roles at American Express across consumer marketing, corporate card and fraud operations, business travel, and fraud risk management prior to TSYS.

Michael received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and holds an MBA from Arizona State University. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
