Gwenn Bézard is the Chief Research Officer (CRO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Aite-Novarica Group. He is responsible for maintaining consistent processes, standards, and training across Insights & Advisory practices and overseeing the firm's internal IT.

Gwenn has over 20 years of experience in the research business within the financial services and technology sectors. Prior to the merger of Aite Group and Novarica, Gwenn was a co-founder at Aite Group, where he was Head of Research. Previously, he was a Senior Analyst within Celent's banking group, where he helped build an industry-leading payments practice. Before that, Gwenn was with BNP Paribas, where he headed the research team of L'Atelier, the bank's technology and internet intelligence division.

Gwenn is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and holds a Maîtrise degree in contemporary history from the University Rennes II, France, and he is fluent in English and French.
