As the senior accountant at Aite-Novarica Group, you will be reporting to and working closely with the chief financial officer, holding responsibility for many facets of our accounting and finance functions. In addition to ensuring timely and accurate processing, you will be looking for ways to streamline the procedures and introduce efficiencies where applicable.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Accounts payable and expense report processing
- Accounts receivable and invoicing
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Month-end close
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Payroll processing
The ideal candidate brings three to five years of relevant experience, strong experience with QuickBooks Online, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The candidate should have working knowledge of the ADP payroll systems as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Additionally, we’re looking for a candidate with excellent problem solving and creative/innovative thought processing skills as well as demonstrated leadership ability. We expect the candidate to be self-motivated and self-directed as well as able to document and implement process and process improvements.
