Vendor Perspectives on Avoiding Troubled Core System Projects

November 2017 - Core systems solution providers can provide a valuable perspective on what works and what to avoid during core systems implementation. While all clients and deployments are different, nine issues were frequently mentioned as potential problems during these large projects. These included not managing projects as change initiatives, not understanding the system before making change requests, and not building a partnership that considers vendor recommendations properly. The vendor observations in this report provide actionable advice on how to ensure successful core system deployment projects.
