Satisfaction With Core Systems Vendors: What Carriers Say

P&C insurance carriers rate vendor performance in 10 key areas.
/

Boston, March 3, 2021 –Property and casualty insurance carriers worldwide are being asked to provide more customized and personalized experiences for their policyholders, such as quicker and more accurate underwriting decisions or a facilitated claims process. To make this happen, carriers increasingly rely on third-party data and on a core system that can integrate the data into various workflows. Understanding what vendors are doing right and what they could improve upon can help carriers in search of a new core system by showcasing some key elements for purchase consideration.

This report should be of interest to executives at carriers who have any stake in a core system evaluation. It is based on Aite Group’s survey of 32 client references provided by the vendors that participated in the November 2020 Aite Matrix evaluation on core systems vendors. Follow-up interviews with 11 of the carrier clients also provide more context as to what influenced carriers’ satisfaction ratings.

This 44-page Impact Report contains 20 figures and 21 tables. Clients of Aite Group’s Property & Casualty Insurance service can download this report, the corresponding charts, and the Executive Impact Deck.

This report mentions Beyontec, BriteCore, DRC, EIS, Guidewire, Instanda, Insuresoft, Insurity, Insurance Systems Inc., Majesco, and Sapiens.
