本レポートは、2021年度の米国消費者の個人情報盗難に関する現状を調査し、2020年度のデータと比較したものである。執筆にあたっては、2022年第一四半期に米国消費者8500人を対象として、過去1年間(2021年度)の個人ID盗難に関する実態(金融機関口座/保険/政府の各種支援プログラム/ポイントなどのリワード口座を含む)をアンケート調査した。なお、この調査プロジェクトは、Refinitiv傘下のGIACT社のスポンサーシップにより実施した。
