Rialto first began in 2016 by providing pricing services in fixed income markets. After a couple of years, the enhanced prominence of digital securities and blockchain technology revealed the opportunities for innovative disruption in the private market space. By leveraging deep industry knowledge of trading systems to simplify the capital formation process, Rialto Markets is aiming to drive the evolution of the private market space, which will expand the reach for issuers and open new opportunities for investors previously shut out of opportunities in private markets.
