Our goal is to be a trusted advisor to our clients by using our data, experience, and proven best practices to help them make better, faster, and more lasting decisions.

Aite-Novarica Group’s Product Management team is a cross-functional team that supports the company in product strategy and development. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap while collaborating with stakeholders, advisors, marketing, and sales
  • Solicit client and prospect feedback to understand market needs
  • Facilitate the definition of the product requirements, which can include both functional and technical requirements
