Location: U.S., Remote

Aite-Novarica Group is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CFO and Senior Leadership Team with benchmarking, ad-hoc analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Provide senior leadership with monthly financial results and analysis
  • Prepare monthly external reporting packages for Investor and Lender stakeholders
  • Provide reporting and develop models and detailed analyses to help business leaders make timely, fact-based decisions and understand business performance
  • Develop presentation materials for Board and Senior Leadership team meetings
  • Play a lead role in the annual budget process, including owning the budget template and coordinating with practice leaders to develop key budget assumptions
  • Manage the company’s business intelligence platform, including dashboard maintenance, performing analytics, and reporting insights out to the business
  • Provide business partnership to Sales team to analyze and deliver insights around monthly bookings activity and customer retention rates
  • Help drive automation and reporting visualizations
  • Assist the CFO in financial due diligence and integration activities for prospective M&A targets
  • Identify and implement process improvements to promote improved accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the annual audit process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
  • 3-5 years of financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize and present meaningful financial data
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on approach
  • Experience designing and building moderately complex business/analytical models
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic environment while adapting to changing priorities
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills

Aite-Novarica Group is headquartered in Boston, but candidates are not required to live there or relocate for this position.
