Business Development Associate

Location: U.S., Remote

We are currently seeking a Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team.  As a Business Development Associate, you will build core skills in sales and directly impact senior-level executives at leading organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Collect business intelligence on companies, leads, and qualified potential clients
  • Partner with your sales leader to create customized plans that support the sales cycle and drive urgency
  • Conduct lead-generation campaigns
  • Schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email
  • Effectively present the value of Aite-Novarica’s products and services to prospective clients
  • Track activities and report on progress in Salesforce.com

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree and zero to three years of work experience
  • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Superior problem-solving ability
  • Ability to learn the substance of research
  • Ability to establish credibility with senior-level executives
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com experience preferred
