Last week, Novarica announced the winners of our ninth annual Novarica Research Council Impact Awards. In each of four categories, voters selected insurance technology projects that demonstrated excellence in execution and generated strong business impact in their respective companies.
As insurance carriers continue to work their way through the long “first wave” of the COVID-19 pandemic, there remains a heightened level of interest in getting to whatever comes next. The planning and drive which landed most in a good, functional, work-from-home model led to a sense that the current state is transitory.
How did you get into insurance?
I knew I wanted to get a job in financial services as I entered college. My father worked in wealth management, so I became familiar with the industry through his experiences and stories. In my senior year of college, I worked at AXA Advisors and earned my Series licenses.
