Account Management Associate

We are currently seeking an account management associate to join our insurer clients team. Account management associates apply strategic thinking, business writing, problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail to assist multiple account managers in delivering the promised customer service experience and ultimately achieving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Help build account management team structure and processes to create efficiencies
  • Assist in scheduling meetings between account managers and clients for annual kickoff calls, mid-year check-ins, and renewal conversations
  • Coordinate internal staff calendars to ensure the right individuals are present to support a client on the issue/challenge to be discussed during the call and/or visit
  • Ensure active client list is up to date for all clients to ensure they are receiving proactive email campaigns and newsletters
  • Help coordinate response for inbound requests from clients
  • Ensure that Salesforce contains accurate account details, call notes, and contact information
  • Recruit key clients and teams to client events, such as webinars and in-person meetings
  • Coordinate follow-up to attendees and no-shows after meetings and webinars
  • Proactively engage secondary contacts to ensure sufficient service consumption levels within the current membership and deliver high-quality client service experiences that will drive future cross-sell
  • Shadow and participate in calls and presentations
  • Provide administrative support for client renewals
  • Create and monitor Salesforce reports for utilization and at-risk clients
